By buying the 2011 Florida Girls of Herpetology Conservation Calendar, you are contributing towards a very important conservation project; helping to save the Coqui frogs of Puerto Rice. All of the calendar proceeds will be used to fund the Coqui Conservation Initiative (CCI). We have been fortunate to have on board a fantastic group of volunteers who made this unique fund-raising project possible. The Reptile Discovery Center, the St Augustine Alligator Farm, the Georgia Sea Turtle Center and the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens graciously hosted the photo-shoots. The project would not have been possible without the donated time of our photographers; their artistic capabilities were only exceeded by the patience and kindness. Our deep thanks goes to the women of herpetology in Florida. They are an amazing group whose selfless work with reptiles and amphibians is inspiring.
